What we collect
Mindmile does not provide accounts, a contact form, a newsletter, or purchases on this website. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other analytics tools.
If you email us, we process the information in your message and your email address to respond and, where necessary, to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in corresponding with you and managing those claims. We keep correspondence only for as long as necessary for those purposes or to meet applicable legal obligations.
Hosting and technical processing
This website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as network and device information. Cloudflare acts under its own privacy documentation and applicable agreements. We do not use that information for our own visitor analytics.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If you choose an appearance setting, your browser may store that preference locally so the site can remember it. This preference is not used to identify you or track your activity.
Before Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or another non-essential technology is enabled, we will update this notice and implement any consent mechanism required by applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
